After a long hiatus from my childhood passion, I've returned to my true love: painting.

Working out of my sun-room studio, I create expressive, color-rich paintings that sit on the edge of reality and abstraction. Rather than copying a scene exactly, I reinterpret it through bold palette choices and loose brush strokes.
